    Traditional handmade, double-sided, Native American drum and drum beater. Made by Steve Herrera of the Cochiti Pueblo in New Mexico. Crafted with raw cowhide and cotton wood. In Pueblo culture, a drumbeat represents the heartbeat of Mother Earth and drum music accompanies ceremonies and dances.  10 1/2" flat round x 8 3/4" tall.
