LIFETIME FIRE & BURGLARY WARRANTY
All safes purchased are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against burglary and fire. All safe purchases are required to be properly anchored to the floor in order to qualify for the Lifetime Burglary Warranty. ( Need to be properly anchored. ) Customers will be required to supply all necessary documents to Scout Gun Safe for replacement by the same or comparable safe. ( Customer pay shipping costs. ) All safes purchased covered by 1 Year Warranty against all manufacture defects, including all electronic devices, for a period of one year from date of purchase. All customers will be required to supply all necessary documents to Scout Gun Safe company before replacement approved.
Free Curb Side Delivery with Lift-gate includes the driver (1 person) unloading the gun safe from the truck as close to the curb of the destination address as possible. Please note that once the safe is unloaded off the truck the customer will be responsible for moving or making arrangements to have the safe moved inside the delivery address.
All gun safe order shipments will be shipped and delivered by a full length tractor trailer (53' length) and all delivery addresses must be accessible by a full length tractor trailer. Shipments will only be eligible for the "Curb Side Delivery with Lift-gate" due to the inaccessibility of the garage and/ or cover ground floor area by the delivery agent also better termed "the driver". All drivers come equipped with only a pallet jack to assist in moving the safe. If the area leading to the cover ground floor area is found to be unpaved, excessively long, too steep, or just inaccessible these are valid reasons that will prevent the delivery of a safe onto the covered ground floor area. Drivers will pull up as close to the curb as possible and under no circumstances will they pull into any driveways. Customers whom refuse to take delivery of their order because the freight carrier is unable to provide "Garage Delivery", or is located in a place where a freight truck is inaccessible, will be accessed all shipping charges to and from the address of delivery plus a 15% restocking fee. These fees will be deducted from the original purchase price of the safe prior to refund being issued. Please note that this is a delivery service only and does not include the de-palletization, un-packaging, debris removal, or placement of safe once the safe is unloaded. It will be the responsibility of the customer to either move or make arrangements for moving the safe inside the house.
DAMAGE INSPECTIONS AND CLAIMS
When your shipment arrives, the most important step you should take is to inspect the shipment for damage.  If there is any noticeable damage, make sure that delivery person notes it on the delivery receipt in full detail of any of the damages.  If there is extensive damage to the shipment, simply refuse the shipment and contact us ASAP.
In addition, when you sign the delivery receipt for the shipment you should always note “SUBJECT TO FURTHER INSPECTION” on the receipt.
It will be very important that once you unload your shipment that you unpack it ASAP and do a full inspection on all parts to make sure there is no concealed damaged.  If you discover any damage that was concealed once you unpack it, please contact us ASAP to resolve the issue.  Any issues with concealed damages must be brought to our attention within 5 business days so that we can resolve it in a timely fashion.

All of the items that ship via FREIGHT TRUCK will have longer processing and delivery times.  You can expect that your shipment will typically leave from our warehouse in 2-3 business days. After it leaves our warehouse you can expect the shipment to take an additional 7 -14 business days to arrive.
